We will shortly examine HUC 962, which we looked at as the possible work Rabbi Pinchas, his list of the books of Tanakah, and the meeting with Domenge in 1704.
But a few words here about Chapter One of The Haggadah of the Kaifeng Jews of China, by Dalia Yasharpour and Fook-Kong Wong. At the end of the chapter, the authors try match the two Haggadahs of the Kaifeng Community with other manuscripts. They see similarities between Rabbi Pinchas Square Section text of Parashat Pekudei HUC 962, and Haggadah HUC 931:
They have this to say about the similarities of these manuscripts:
A late 18th century date for HUB 962 makes a great deal of sense from what we saw previously about the Domenge/Rabbi Pinchas list of books in the Tanakh. According to the authors, Lehman, in an unpublished work, looked at the Kaifeng manuscripts and made notes on some of them:
Lehman held that elongated horizonal strokes, as are found in HUC 931, is indicative of a date "as late as the eighteenth century"
